After an IT career as a support agent and systems administrator, I was introduced to the Salesforce ecosystem as a consultant in 2013. In the meantime, I’ve gathered 7 certifications, became a user group leader in Amsterdam, Salesforce MVP and have successfully completed many implementations of Sales- / Service- / Community-Cloud and integrated Salesforce with ERP systems.
