Hendrik brings 18 years of IT experience — starting as a business analyst, product owner, and project manager — and has spent the last 9 years working hands-on with Salesforce as a Functional Consultant.
He specialises in Salesforce Field Service and has delivered real-world solutions across Utilities (Water & Power), Traffic Management, Roadmarking, and the Nonprofit sector. He’s also worked on two major migrations from ClickSoftware to Salesforce Field Service.

Hendrik’s strength is translating complex requirements into practical tools that field crews, dispatchers, and planners can rely on. He has deep expertise in Field Service Mobile Flows and knows the Field Service data model inside and out — including Work Orders, WOLIs, Appointments, Work Steps, Inventory, Products, Product Requests, and more.

He’s also highly skilled in building reports and dashboards tailored to Field Service operations and is passionate about the Salesforce platform and making users’ lives easier.
