Minyoung is a Certified Salesforce Marketing Cloud (ExactTarget) Developer and Certified Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant with over 8 years of experience in architecting and implementing various Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions for clients ranging from small-medium sized businesses to Fortune 500 enterprises. He has worked with clients from a wide variety of industries including automotive, biotechnology, finance, healthcare, hospitality, real estate, retail and technology.
He has proven success in designing and developing automated digital campaigns using email, text, social media and web solutions to support the entire customer lifecycle. Minyoung is proficient in AMPScript, JavaScript, SQL, REST and SOAP APIs, XML, JSON and HTML/CSS technologies and also pursuing an Advanced Data Science certification to add Data Science, Machine Learning and AI development to his skillset.
